Bellydance Cardio Bootcamp with Ahzs
When is the last time you really enjoyed breaking a sweat? Combine high energy music, class participation FUN, lovely and graceful technical skills, and supportive/personal attention to have you up and dancing the beautiful art of bellydance with confidence. We will start with a good stretch, then warm up, dance, cool down, and have lots of comaraderie. Bring yoga mat, water bottle, and be ready to smile, sweat, move and strengthen your body. Beyond Beginner Bellydance with Ahzs
With mystery and gracefulness as warm as the desert sun from which they came, learn the graceful moves of traditional middle eastern dance styles through technique and choreography. Find the hidden expression of beautiful dance within every woman in a supportive, encouraging environment. Enjoy Ahzs' nack of encouraging the dancer inside of you to come out as she teaches you how to become one with the music. Veils and props will be covered as part of the choreographies. - $35/month
